Joseph Quek

Started my Chef journey when after school and it was a challenging but rewarding life. Learning how to cook is one thing but the most important is willing to learn from experienced Chefs. When asked to do a specific task, do it with humility and never complain. Over many years of working in the kitchen took me to the next level where I wanted more. I pursued my next move as a application Chef with an MNC and this brought me all over the world to learn about commercial equipment and train Chefs back in the Asia Pacific region. Along my path, I have met many friends and want to thank them for their support.

Finally in 2021, after many failed business venture, I have decided to open my very own bakery studio where I can teach, bake and help those aspiring Chefs or home bakers using my studio to up their love of baking. I hope to see everyone succeed and impart my knowledge and experience to you.
