Lilian Lee

A professional optometrist by education, a certified image consultant & soft skills trainer by passion, & a proud mother of 2.

Being a practitioner of her craft, Lilian has accumulated years of practical runway time as a stage presenter, national carrier ambassador, model & multiple pageantry winner. Her stage poise and personality also saw her representing Singapore on international stages since 2008.

Lilian’s accolades goes beyond the runway, a recipient of the Health Science Authority Gold Medal Award, Johnson & Johnson Singapore Award & Oculus Boston Award, her education as a qualified optometrist expanded her soft skill repertoire to include a interpersonal angle. Lilian later went on to become a flight attendant with Singapore Airlines for a good decade, a career which allowed her to garner her strong skills of interpersonal relations & etiquettes. She was promoted to Leading Stewardess after 5 years; & founded her passion in coaching & mentoring the junior aircrews.

Passionate about how her experiences & applied knowledge had opened her horizons, she equipped herself with an ‘Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment’ certification to better her ability in facilitation. She went on to become a certified ‘Lumina Spark Learning Practitioner’, garnering skills to incorporate validated psychometric assessment tools to maintain effective human relations on a personal & organizational level.

Since 2012, Lilian has provided training in various public and private sectors- from educational, to financial, real estate, sales, and healthcare industries. She is also an accredited WSQ trainer for courses on personal branding & effectiveness, etiquettes & communication skills, service delivery.

Where people meet people, and service makes the definitive difference, Lilian strongly hoped she had done so. Today, Lilian schedules her time between building & managing relationships with business partners of Plano, & delivering results-orientated healthcare programs for schools & organizations.
