With busy schedule at the fulltime-job and juggling to look after my sickly children.
I was exhausted daily including weekend with nagging, crying and worse to seeing them
suffering.

This decision was based on my own as sickly child with constant migraine, blackout and many more weekly and my landlady requested that I threw away all my medication and consumed her nutritious food – 3 times per week. I recovered till date for the pass 40+years
40 years has passed and my migraine has never occurred till date.

In 2022, Mindo Foods won as TOP 5 startup company as Most Delicious and Functional Food Paste @ FHA under Plant Based and Fermentation section

I decided to learn more in Nutrition and Holistic Health Practitioner with Herbalist to look for alternative cure.
