The Enneagram Academy was established in order to cater to the great demand by former Enneagram course participants. Many have seen for themselves the effectiveness of the Enneagram as a self-development tool and hoped to apply it at their workplace as they mentor and coach their employees and team members.

Through the accreditation process provided by TEA, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge that would make them more capable as mentors and leaders who regularly coach as part of their job. The Enneagram serves as a reliable framework to complement your current coaching strategies and is a better alternative to coaching in the dark or haphazardly through mere intuition or gut-feeling (although there is certainly a time and a place for that strategy too).

The path to getting accredited will require participants to go through intensive peer coaching sessions that would immerse them in the experience on both sides of the fence (as a coach and a coachee). They will also be taught various strategies that would aid in their coaching of the various Enneagram types.

Quarterly gatherings, networking sessions, revision courses and follow-up support will be offered exclusively to our alumnus.
